Bodies and events: knowing the difference

It is important to note that in French, the word “réunion” is used to designate two realities.

A meeting is both a group of people who meet, which we call a “decision-making body” (e.g. COMEX, COPIL etc.), but it is also the event itself, i.e., the date and time when these people meet (e.g., “the next meeting will be held on March 17 at 2:00 p.m.”).

Some “decision-making bodies” meet only once, during a single “event”, while others meet several times over time, in regular series, or not.

With Perfony, you will be able to manage all these situations and you will also be able to create a link between the whole series of “events” created for the same “decision instance”.
