Managing your favourite folders

Definition

A favourite folder is one that you consult regularly and want to be easily accessible. The bookmark feature for a folder in Perfony allows you to :

• A specific widget in the home menu for direct access to your favourite folders
• Show only your favourite folders in your folders

Bookmark a folder

From the “Folder” menu, select the folder of your choice. Click on the “…” icon and select “Bookmark”. You can recognise a favourite folder by the full icon.

Display favourite folders

From the “Home” menu, display the “Favourite folders” widget. The widget will show the number of favourite folders. Clicking on the widget will open the ‘Folders’ menu, showing only your favourite folders.

Alternatively, the list of favourite folders automatically appears in the “Folders” drop-down menu. Click on the one you want, and only that one will appear.

Note: a favourite folder that has subfolders will automatically appear with its folder tree.

Removing a favourite folder

To remove a folder as a favourite, simply follow the reverse procedure: from the “Folders” menu, click on the “…” of the favourite folder, and click on “remove from favourites”. The icon will automatically return to empty and the folder will be removed from the list of favourite folders.
