Modify the memo of a folder

The “
Memo
“of a file is a free input field that allows you to take notes on the life of the file.

Editing a folder’s memo is possible at any time, but only to the drivers and co-drivers of a folder.

In the record of a file, go to the general information tab.

Then click next to “Memo” to open an input box where you can make changes to the folder memo.

The input area of the memo offers a text editor to format your communication.

Click on “Save” to save your entry.
