Monitoring your action plan
My actions:
Clicking on the ‘action’ icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen displays the list of actions you need to take.
Use the search bar to quickly find a particular action.
You can also change the sorting order of the actions using the sorting icon at the top right of the screen.
Actions in my folders:
From the “My folders” menu you can choose the action plan you want to display using the drop-down menu that appears when you click on the arrow to the right of the action plan name.
By default, the actions displayed in a folder are those for which you are responsible. To display all the actions, click on “all actions” at the bottom right of the screen.
Update an action:
From an action list, you have 4 options:
- Add an action by clicking on the blue “+” button at the bottom of the screen
- Complete an action or add a photo by dragging it to the left of the screen
- End an action by dragging it to the right of the screen
- Open the details of an action by clicking on it
