Definition of Super Administrator

In Perfony, the Super Administrator role is assigned to a user who has full access to all the folders in the account.

Assigning the role of Super Administrator

Who can become a Super Administrator?

To be eligible for the role of Super Administrator, the user must hold an “Executive” licence and have “Administrator” rights.

How do I activate or deactivate Super Administrator rights?

This right, which gives you full access to your account details, can only be activated by sending a written request to support@perfony.com. This request must come from an authorised person and include the following information:

• First name, surname and position of the person making the request
• First name, surname and position of the person to whom Super Administrator rights have been assigned

The procedure for revoking rights follows the same process.

Confidentiality of information

A folder in Perfony is configured as confidential by default (3.32.4 – [>] ). In fact, the Super Administrator can access the list of folders, but all the information contained in the folders is not visible to the Super Administrator:

• Folder tabs are grayed out and unclickable (except for the “information” tab).
• The “confidential” box in the “information” tab cannot be modified.

So the Super Administrator can optimise the general tree structure of a Perfony account by modifying folder attachments, but cannot know the contents of a folder.

Access to the contents of a folder is only possible if the pilot or co-pilot of the folder in question deactivates the “confidential” box in the “information” tab.

Please note: to activate/deactivate folder confidentiality, the pilot or co-pilot must have an “Executive” licence.

Super Administrator rights and access

Once the rights have been activated by Perfony, the Super Administrator will receive a confirmation email. They can then view all the folders in the account by accessing the “Folders” menu and selecting “All folders” from the drop-down menu.
