The second essential piece of information to connect to your iPerfony account is your email address because this acts as a unique means of identification.

Note that you will sometimes see the term « username » appear. This is a term that was used with previous versions of Perfony and that today has been completely replaced by the email address.

If you do not know which email address was used to create your account in the system, you have 2 possibilities:

  • Do a search in your usual inboxes to find emails from us, then you will know what the right address to use is
