Among the new features delivered with version 3.6, Perfony enhances its search engine to make it more relevant and convenient to use.
Why use the search engine?
The diversity of channels and the normal increase in the number of actions, folders and meetings in a Perfony workspace make the use of the search engine particularly essential to quickly access your relevant data.
We’ve all asked ourselves: where did I get this document? How did I get this information? Where to find this action? etc…
Until now, Perfony search could be done on the name of a meeting, a folder or an action, whatever its status (open, closed or cancelled).
From now on, you will be able to search for details and additional information on an action, on the decisions and minutes of a meeting or on the various comments that may have been exchanged.
How to use the Perfony search engine efficiently?
The search area has not changed. It is always located at the top, in the center of your workspace.
To perform your search
1/ start by opening the settings menu by clicking on the down arrow at the end of the search bar.
2/ select the items to be searched
3/ enter your keywords in the search bar
4/ the list of results appears immediately below the input field. Click on the line you are interested in.
Note that the search criteria are saved from one time to another, and that the search area is permanently accessible on all pages of your workspace in the same place.
