Download the template and go to the sheet called “RACI” to list the stakeholders in the top row of the matrix. Then you will have to list the tasks to be done in the left column of the matrix.
You will need to identify the role of each stakeholder on the tasks. Once you have completed your matrix, you can check if it meets the criteria via the two columns on the right of the matrix.
